स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव ने किया भूमिपूजन, मरीजों को मिलेंगी निजी अस्पताल जैसी सुविधाएं

रायपुर,  जुलाई 2026/ स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव ने आज जिला चिकित्सालय दुर्ग परिसर में सर्जिकल विंग प्रथम तल (फेज-2) के निर्माण कार्य का भूमिपूजन किया। लगभग 4 करोड़ 85 लाख 43 हजार रुपये की लागत से बनने वाले इस अत्याधुनिक सर्जिकल विंग में मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों के लिए आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं विकसित की जाएंगी।

नए सर्जिकल विंग में 7 आधुनिक पेइंग रूम बनाए जाएंगें

भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि नए सर्जिकल विंग में 7 आधुनिक पेइंग रूम बनाए जाएंगे, जहां मरीजों और उनके परिजनों को निजी अस्पताल जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध होंगी। भवन में दो विशाल वेटिंग हॉल, सेंट्रलाइज्ड एयर कंडीशनिंग, टेलीविजन सहित अन्य आधुनिक सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था की जाएगी, जिससे मरीजों के उपचार के साथ-साथ उनके परिजनों को भी बेहतर वातावरण उपलब्ध हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे समय से जिला अस्पताल में पेइंग वार्ड की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण मरीजों को असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। विशेष रूप से प्रसूता महिलाओं एवं उनके परिजनों को निजी अस्पतालों का विकल्प चुनना पड़ता था। अब डिलीवरी के बाद यदि कोई परिवार जच्चा-बच्चा को चिकित्सकों की निगरानी में सुरक्षित एवं सुविधाजनक वातावरण में रखना चाहता है, तो उन्हें अलग पेइंग रूम की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।

पेइंग वार्ड किचन सहित कई विशेष सुविधाएं उपलब्ध

मंत्री श्री यादव ने बताया कि लगभग 15 वर्ष पूर्व जिला अस्पताल में पेइंग वार्ड संचालित होता था, जहां शहर के अनेक परिवार अपने मरीजों एवं प्रसूताओं को भर्ती कराते थे। उस समय अलग किचन सहित कई विशेष सुविधाएं उपलब्ध थीं, लेकिन बाद में यह व्यवस्था समाप्त हो गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पताल में मरीजों तथा प्रसव के लिए आने वाली महिलाओं की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है। इसे देखते हुए उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री से पेइंग वार्ड की सुविधा पुनः प्रारंभ करने का आग्रह किया था, जिसे अब स्वीकृति मिल गई है।

नए पेइंग वार्ड में मरीजों को होटल जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी

स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि नए पेइंग वार्ड में मरीजों को होटल जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी, जिससे वे अस्पताल परिसर में ही चिकित्सकों की सतत निगरानी में सुरक्षित रह सकेंगे। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि भविष्य में जिला अस्पताल में अलग एमआरआई सेंटर तथा सीटी स्कैन सेंटर स्थापित किए जाएंगे, जिससे जिलेवासियों को उन्नत स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ स्थानीय स्तर पर ही उपलब्ध हो सके।

​उद्देश्य और सोच से ही काम बड़ा बनता है: मंत्री श्री टंक राम वर्मा

​ जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री श्री टंक राम वर्मा ने कहा कि शिक्षा व्यक्ति, समाज और राष्ट्र के निर्माण का सबसे सशक्त माध्यम है। आज का विद्यार्थी ही कल का वैज्ञानिक, शिक्षक, चिकित्सक और राष्ट्र निर्माता बनेगा। ​विद्यार्थियों में उत्साह भरने के लिए उन्होंने संत और तीन मजदूरों की एक प्रेरक कथा साझा की। उन्होंने बताया कि किस प्रकार एक मजदूर की सकारात्मक सोच और स्पष्ट लक्ष्य ने साधारण से पत्थर तोड़ने के काम को 'बांध निर्माण' जैसे महान राष्ट्रसेवा के कार्य में बदल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि काम केवल हाथों से नहीं, बल्कि उद्देश्य और सोच से बड़ा बनता है। मंत्री श्री वर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों से केवल अंक लाने तक सीमित न रहकर ज्ञान और संस्कारों के माध्यम से समाज सेवा का संकल्प लेने का आह्वान किया।

​ मंत्री श्री वर्मा ने नूतन विद्यालय परिसर में पौधरोपण कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि वृक्षारोपण भावी पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य की जिम्मेदारी है। कार्यक्रम के अंत में उन्होंने बच्चों के साथ बैठकर 'न्योता भोजन' किया, जिससे विद्यार्थियों में विद्यालय के प्रति अपनापन और उत्साह का संचार हुआ।

​रायपुर,  जुलाई 2026/ कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों और कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों में स्थापित माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर (कॉमन इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर) किसानों, युवाओं और नए उद्यमियों को कम लागत पर आधुनिक मशीनरी, उत्पाद परीक्षण, पैकेजिंग और कौशल प्रशिक्षण की साझा सुविधा प्रदान करते हैं। बिना बड़ी मशीनें खरीदे, उद्यमी यहाँ अपने कच्चे माल (जैसे फल, सब्जी, मसाले या मिलेट्स) से जूस, अचार, सॉस व अन्य उत्पाद बनाकर उनकी गुणवत्ता और बाजार का परीक्षण कर सकते हैं।

धमतरी जिले में कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी उत्पादों के मूल्य संवर्धन और ग्रामीण उद्यमिता को नई पहचान देने के लिए एक बड़ी पहल की गई है। कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र (KVK), धमतरी में नवनिर्मित ‘माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर’ का भव्य लोकार्पण राज्य के राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री श्री टंक राम वर्मा द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विषय पर आयोजित तीन दिवसीय विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का भी सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ।

​वैज्ञानिक प्रसंस्करण से किसानों की आय दोगुनी करना मुख्य उद्देश्य: मंत्री श्री टंक राम वर्मा

​कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए प्रभारी मंत्री श्री टंकराम वर्मा ने कहा कि कृषि और उद्यानिकी उपजों का वैज्ञानिक विधि से प्रसंस्करण (Processing) करना किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत करने का एक सशक्त माध्यम है। कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों की भूमिका अब सिर्फ तकनीक पहुंचाने तक सीमित नहीं रहेगी, बल्कि इन्हें ग्रामीण उद्यमिता के पावरहाउस के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। 'प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन योजना' से ग्रामीण युवाओं, स्व-सहायता समूहों और एफपीओ (FPO) को स्वरोजगार के बेहतरीन अवसर मिल रहे हैं।
​मंत्री श्री वर्मा ने इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर में स्थापित आधुनिक मशीनों का निरीक्षण किया और प्रशिक्षणार्थियों से संवाद कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सेंटर ब्रांडिंग, पैकेजिंग और आधुनिक प्रोसेसिंग तकनीक सिखाकर स्थानीय लोगों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

​कलेक्टर श्री अबिनाश मिश्रा ने इसे जिले के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक पहल बताते हुए कहा कि इस सेंटर से स्थानीय कृषि उत्पादों की प्रोसेसिंग और वैल्यू एडिशन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, जिससे धमतरी के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार की नई राहें खुलेंगी।

​तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण शिविर के दौरान किसानों, स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाओं और युवाओं को खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के साथ-साथ ​गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं स्वच्छता ​आधुनिक पैकेजिंग व लेबलिंग ​FSSAI के मानक एवं नियम,​विपणन और ब्रांडिंग के व्यावहारिक पहलुओं की जानकारी दी गई।

Public Safety Is the Highest Priority; No Negligence in Preparedness Will Be Tolerated: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai

Raipur, July , 2026/Amid continuous rainfall across several districts of Chhattisgarh and the Red and Yellow Alerts issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has directed all District Collectors, Superintendents of Police, and officials of concerned departments to remain on high alert. Emphasising that public safety is the State Government's highest priority, he said no negligence in disaster preparedness, relief, or rescue operations will be tolerated.

The Chief Minister instructed District Collectors to maintain strict surveillance over flood-prone and waterlogged areas, identify vulnerable locations, and take all necessary precautionary measures without delay. He directed that people residing in vulnerable areas be shifted to safer locations in advance wherever required to prevent any loss of life.

He also directed all districts to ensure comprehensive preparedness for relief and rescue operations. Relief camps should be equipped with adequate food, safe drinking water, medicines, first aid, electricity, sanitation, and other essential facilities. He further instructed officials to provide special care for senior citizens, women, children, and divyangjan.

Shri Sai directed the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Police, Home Guards, Nagar Sena, Health Department, Public Works Department, Power Distribution Company, and all other concerned departments to work in close coordination and remain fully prepared. He instructed officials to ensure the availability of rescue equipment, boats, relief materials, and all other necessary resources for immediate response during emergencies.

The Chief Minister also directed officials to maintain round-the-clock monitoring at both the district and state levels and continuously review weather conditions, reservoir water levels, river and stream conditions, and other potential risk areas. He instructed that relief and rescue operations be launched immediately wherever the situation demands prompt intervention.

Appealing to the people of the state, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai urged citizens to follow advisories issued by the India Meteorological Department and the district administration, avoid visiting rivers, streams, and waterlogged areas unnecessarily, and immediately report any emergency to the local administration. He expressed confidence that with administrative preparedness, timely action, and public cooperation, any potential disaster can be effectively managed.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Holds Detailed Discussions with Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw to Expedite Key Rail Projects in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, July , 2026/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai met Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw during his visit to New Delhi on July 30. He held detailed discussions on the expansion of railway infrastructure, new rail projects, and the progress of pending railway lines in Chhattisgarh.

The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is one of the country's most important states in terms of industry, mineral resources, and agriculture. He stated that expanding the railway network is not merely a matter of improving transportation but is also crucial for industrial growth, trade, tourism, agricultural marketing, the development of tribal regions, and balanced regional progress. He added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Chhattisgarh is benefiting from the unprecedented expansion of railway infrastructure across the country, and the state government is working in close coordination with the Central Government to accelerate these efforts.

A major focus of the meeting was the Katghora–Dongargarh New Railway Line Project. It was informed that the approximately 295-kilometre rail corridor will be developed through a joint venture between the Ministry of Railways and the Government of Chhattisgarh. A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be formed for the implementation of the project. The railway line will connect Katghora, Kartala, Mungeli, Kawardha, Khairagarh, and Dongargarh, bringing railway connectivity for the first time to several regions that currently have no rail access. The Chief Minister said the project will accelerate regional development, promote industrial growth, and provide improved transportation facilities to millions of people.

The meeting also reviewed the progress of the Raoghat–Jagdalpur Railway Line Project. The Chief Minister said that land acquisition for the approximately 140-kilometre railway line has been completed and that the railway tendering process is in its final stage. He expressed confidence that the early commencement of construction would significantly strengthen connectivity in the Bastar region and provide fresh momentum to its social and economic development.

Chief Minister Shri Sai requested the early approval of three other important railway projects in the state—Sardega–Pathalgaon–Ambikapur (244 km), Dharamjaigarh–Pathalgaon–Lohardaga (301 km), and Ambikapur–Barwadih (200 km). He said these projects would strengthen rail connectivity in northern Chhattisgarh and adjoining regions while creating new opportunities for trade, tourism, mineral transportation, and local employment. Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw assured that positive steps would be taken towards granting early approval to these projects.

The progress of survey work for the Kirandul–Kothagudem (180 km) and Gadchiroli–Bijapur–Kirandul (Bacheli) (490 km) railway line projects was also reviewed during the meeting. The Chief Minister requested that the survey work be completed at the earliest so that further action could begin, strengthening connectivity in the Bastar region and supporting both development and security-related initiatives.

रेड एवं येलो अलर्ट वाले जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने, संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की लगातार निगरानी और समय पर राहत-बचाव सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

जन सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता, तैयारियों में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न हो : मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय

रायपुर  जुलाई 2026/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में लगातार हो रही वर्षा तथा मौसम विभाग द्वारा कई जिलों के लिए जारी रेड एवं येलो अलर्ट को देखते हुए सभी जिला कलेक्टरों, पुलिस अधीक्षकों तथा संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को उच्च सतर्कता (हाई अलर्ट) पर रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नागरिकों की सुरक्षा राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और आपदा प्रबंधन एवं राहत कार्यों में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने सभी कलेक्टरों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे संभावित बाढ़ एवं जलभराव प्रभावित क्षेत्रों की लगातार निगरानी रखें तथा संवेदनशील स्थानों की पहचान कर आवश्यक एहतियाती कदम तत्काल उठाएं। जिन क्षेत्रों में आवश्यकता हो, वहां लोगों को समय रहते सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की जनहानि की संभावना न रहे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि प्रत्येक जिले में राहत एवं बचाव की समुचित तैयारियां पहले से सुनिश्चित की जाएं। राहत शिविरों में भोजन, स्वच्छ पेयजल, दवाइयों, प्राथमिक उपचार, बिजली, स्वच्छता तथा अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था उपलब्ध रहे। साथ ही वृद्धजनों, महिलाओं, बच्चों तथा दिव्यांगजनों जैसे संवेदनशील वर्गों की विशेष देखभाल सुनिश्चित की जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल (एनडीआरएफ), राज्य आपदा मोचन बल (एसडीआरएफ), पुलिस, होमगार्ड, नगर सेना, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विद्युत वितरण कंपनी तथा अन्य संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ पूरी तत्परता बनाए रखें। आपातकालीन स्थिति से निपटने के लिए आवश्यक संसाधनों, उपकरणों, नावों तथा राहत सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि किसी भी परिस्थिति में तत्काल प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जा सके।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जिला एवं राज्य स्तर पर चौबीसों घंटे निगरानी रखी जाए तथा मौसम की स्थिति, जलाशयों के जलस्तर, नदी-नालों की स्थिति और संभावित जोखिम वाले क्षेत्रों की नियमित समीक्षा की जाए। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर त्वरित निर्णय लेते हुए राहत एवं बचाव कार्य तत्काल प्रारंभ किए जाएं।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने प्रदेशवासियों से भी अपील की है कि वे मौसम विभाग एवं जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें, अनावश्यक रूप से नदी-नालों एवं जलभराव वाले क्षेत्रों में जाने से बचें तथा किसी भी आपात स्थिति की सूचना तत्काल स्थानीय प्रशासन को दें। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि प्रशासन की सतर्कता, समयबद्ध कार्रवाई और जनसहयोग से किसी भी संभावित आपदा का प्रभावी ढंग से सामना किया जा सकेगा।

जलापूर्ति योजनाओं के संचालन व रखरखाव पर राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला में शामिल हुए उप मुख्यमंत्री

पीएचई द्वारा यूनिसेफ और एसीई के सहयोग से हर घर जल प्रमाणित गांवों की महिला सरपंचों के लिए कार्यशाला का आयोजन

रायपुर.  जुलाई 2026. उप मुख्यमंत्री तथा लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी मंत्री श्री अरुण साव आज जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत हर घर जल प्रमाणित गांवों की महिला सरपंचों के लिए ग्रामीण पाइपलाइन जल आपूर्ति योजनाओं के संचालन एवं रखरखाव पर राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने नवा रायपुर स्थित राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय भूमि जल प्रशिक्षण एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान (RGNGWTRI) में आयोजित कार्यशाला में महिला सरपंचों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जल आपूर्ति की योजनाओं के लंबे समय तक सुचारू संचालन के लिए बारिश के पानी का संचय और जल संरक्षण आवश्यक है। यह भूजल को रिचार्ज करने के साथ ही दीर्घ काल तक जल स्रोतों में जल की उपलब्धता बनाए रखेगा।

उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री साव ने कार्यशाला में सरपंचों से गांवों में हर घर नल से जल पहुंचने के बाद ग्रामीणों, खासकर महिलाओं के जीवन में आए बदलावों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने नल जल योजनाओं के संचालन-संधारण के लिए पंचायतों द्वारा की गई व्यवस्था के बारे में पूछा। उन्होंने गांवों में जलस्रोतों, जल की गुणवत्ता के नियमित परीक्षण तथा रखरखाव शुल्क की भी जानकारी ली। लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा यूनिसेफ और एसीई (Action for Community Development) संस्था के सहयोग से इस एक दिवसीय राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया था। इसमें करीब 100 महिला सरपंच शामिल हुईं।

कार्यशाला में हर घर जल प्रमाणित गांवों में नल जल योजनाओं के संचालन, संधारण और मरम्मत पर व्यापक विचार-विमर्श और बेस्ट प्रेक्टिसेस पर गहन चर्चा की गई। महिला सरपंचों ने इस दौरान जल जीवन मिशन के तहत अपनी-अपनी पंचायतों में जल आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था तथा नल जल योजना के संचालन-संधारण के अनुभव साझा किए। कार्यशाला में विशेषज्ञों ने महिला सरपंचों को नल जल योजनाओं के सफल, निर्बाध और दीर्घकालीन संचालन के गुर बताए।

उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने कार्यशाला में कहा कि जल आपूर्ति के लिए उपयोग हो रहे जल स्रोतों की देखभाल और सावधानीपूर्वक उपयोग जरूरी है। इसके टिकाऊपन (Sustainability) पर ही योजना की दीर्घकालीन सफलता निर्भर है। उन्होंने कहा कि नल जल योजनाओं के काम पूर्ण होने तथा पंचायतों को इसके हस्तांतरण के बाद इसका संचालन व संधारण ग्राम पंचायतों को करना है। जल जीवन मिशन हमारे घर और हमारे गांव के लिए योजना है। ग्राम पंचायतों को गांववालों के साथ मिलकर जल आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। श्री साव ने जल स्तर बनाए रखने तथा भू-जल स्रोतों को रिचार्ज करने स्टॉपडैम बनाने और बारिश के पानी को संग्रहित करने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश के पानी के प्राकृतिक बहाव के अवरोधों व अतिक्रमणों को हटाकर तालाबों को अच्छे से भरने की व्यवस्था सभी गांवों को करना चाहिए।

लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के सचिव श्री मोहम्मद कैसर अब्दुलहक, राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय भूमि जल प्रशिक्षण एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान की निदेशक सुश्री रूबी मुखर्जी और यूनिसेफ की जल एवं स्वच्छता विशेषज्ञ सुश्री श्वेता पटनायक ने भी कार्यशाला को संबोधित किया। लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के प्रमुख अभियंता श्री के.के. मरकाम और अधीक्षण अभियंता श्री समीर गौड़ भी कार्यशाला में मौजूद थे।
